He is a quarterly contributor to the ASX Investor Newsletter and is the author of three books, including the bestselling Understanding the Investment Clock-Your Road to Recovery.

Jim Malone, Executive Director and Founding Partner

Jim Malone is an experienced company executive who has spent nearly 25 years in the mining/resources sector, primarily developing and managing small-cap ASX-listed mining and exploration companies. Since 2000, Mr. Malone has been involved in founding and directing 15 ASX-listed resource companies across several commodities—including gold, rare earths, uranium, lithium and base metals—located in a number of different jurisdictions. Across his career, Mr. Malone has worked and lived in Perth, London, Melbourne, Santiago, Lima and New York and has raised in excess of $500 million in equity and debt.

Gerard Connolly, Founding Partner

Gerrard “Gerry” Connolly has spent over 40 years in the financial markets of London and Australia, specialising in both banking and stockbroking. Mr. Connolly has been involved in all facets of financing companies in the mining, oil, and technology industries, including the raising of funds for new listings, securing projects, and managing acquisitions. Mr. Connolly previously served as a director and equity holder in Perth's oldest brokering firm before leaving in 2018 to launch Emerald Capital Australia, a boutique brokering house servicing high net-worth investors.
